In the case that the Appliance encounters an issue, but it's not feasible to restart the machine, its services can be stop or started instead.
This can easily be done from the CLI session.
Step 1
Navigate to the Support Menu, Services subsection.
> support > services |
Step 2
The options available in this menu are;
- services_restart - Restart all TZM services
- services_start - Start all TZM services
- services_status - Show status of TZM seervice
- services_stop - Stop all
Step 3
Performed the desired action, by using the commands previously explained.
Note: The commands will be performed straight away, and no warning prompt will be displayed prior to its operation.
