Mount the database.

ALTER DATABASE MOUNT;

Step 5

Configure sbt device.

CONFIGURE DEVICE TYPE sbt_tape PARALLELISM 1;
CONFIGURE CHANNEL DEVICE TYPE sbt_tape PARMS='SBT_LIBRARY=oracle.disksbt,ENV=(BACKUP_DIR=C:\Backup\new)';
